I always dreamed of becoming a psychologist, but life had other plans. I was instructed to study accounting and started my career at one of Malaysia’sBig 4 accounting firms. During my 4 years there, I experienced intense burnout.
I have had sudden tears at night before sleeping; if I wasn’t in tears, I was staring at the ceiling, and even had recurring UTIs caused by unmanaged stress.
Desperate for answers, I began my journey into health and wellness, becoming a Certified Nutrition Coach and uncovering the powerful link between nutrition and mental health.
Later, I earned the title of Licensed Brain Health Trainer, which opened my eyes to the critical and often overlooked role of brain health in workplace wellbeing.
Today, I specialize as a Brain Health and Mental Wellbeing Speaker for Corporates, helping teams and leaders in Malaysia build stress resilience, enhance productivity, and improve mental clarity through science-backed strategies.
